I have lost 10 lbs as of today. That's on the same scale at the same time of day, so it's for realz yo.

Why is my first impulse to celebrate with something like this:

But I'll be good.


  1. Great job! I went to the gym Monday through Thursday this week, and I am now out of the stickers that I put on my work calendar each day I go to the gym. I'm thinking about taking today off, especially since I'm probably going dancing tomorrow night and doing a 3-mile walk Sunday... but we'll see. Strong work, pretty lady!

  2. Congrats!!! Celebrate, but celebrate with something not food. That's what this is all about, learning to enjoy life without being dependent on food.
